Each print is signed and numbered (either underneath the image on on the image itself) and comes complete with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Images are printed via the Giclée printing process using lightfast inks on

All prices are quoted in UK pounds for delivery within mainland UK.
Postal services and packaging have been selected to ensure that your prints arrive safely and in good condition. They will be sent whenever possible via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcel Force 48 (Mon - Fri) and will require a signature on receipt.

Credit cards accepted over the phone or by mail. For your security please do not email credit card details. The following cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Maestro. Cheques are accepted by mail.
Orders will be processed as quickly as possible. Effort will be made to update you on the status of your order and when it is likely to be delivered.
In the unlikely event that a print arrives damaged, please contact us right away.
If you are unhappy with a product for any other reason you may return it up to 7 days after receiving it. We ask that you please contact us first by email and we will give instructions on how to repack the goods. Prints are easily damaged and must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. If they are carefully repacked there is no reason why they should get damaged and we will be happy to refund the purchase price in full on receipt of the returned item(s).
A print may be exchanged for another up to 28 days after receipt. Please follow the instructions above for returning an item.

Customer address details will kept on the Sarah J Britnell mailing list unless requested otherwise. They will not be passed on to outside parties.
Credit card details will be safely destroyed on completion of a purchase.
